Vendor pack

Our vendor pack holds everything needed to set us up as a supplier. We send it only to company email addresses, and confirm each request with a call back.

What does Dhara Technology do?
We engineer and run the platforms and data behind trading, risk and treasury for firms in global markets, with AI agents in every service under human approval.
Who is the contracting party?
Dhara Technology AG, a Swiss company limited by shares.
Who delivers the work?
An established specialist partner in India, under our contract and governance. Your proposal names the partner and the people.
Who owns the company?
It is privately owned, with no external investors. The board is in Switzerland.
Which law applies?
Swiss law.
How is data protected?
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act and the GDPR, with a data-processing agreement for every engagement. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses, the Swiss addendum and a transfer impact assessment.
Where is our data held?
In your own environment wherever possible. Anything we host for you stays in Switzerland or the EU.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No. Client data is never used to train models, and every agent action is logged.
How can we verify the company?
